In the same way, IDC Research focuses on three fundamental pillars to argue the transformation of jobs: space, technology and culture.
According to a survey carried out by IDC EMEA Future of Work, 43% of companies acknowledge their concern about data security, privacy and governance.
One of the most promoted aspects is collaborative spaces, coworking and social networking areas to improve relations between work teams.
In addition, the same survey estimates automation of repetitive tasks by 50% by the year 2024, estimating that approximately 20% of workers will have a collaborative digital assistant.
The workplace in the future will be radically very different from what we have conceived of as a workplace until now.
According to the Print 2025 report, they stand out:

Adaptable spaces with modular furniture allow it to be adapted to different situations or meetings.
Sustainable spaces, where plants, water or nature prevail over more balanced and natural workspaces.
